We read every message and usually reply within a few days. It helps if you tell us your device, your app version, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Manage or cancel a subscription
LatinLearn subscriptions are handled by Apple. Cancelling cannot be done inside the app — Apple manages subscriptions through your Apple ID. To change or cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select LatinLearn and choose to change or cancel.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, open LatinLearn and use Restore Purchases to bring back an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Delete your account and data
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@greekapp.co.uk from the address on your account, or include your account email in the message. We will action your request and confirm once it is complete.
